Eddie Van Halen – Signed Peavy Wolfgang Guitar Presented To Warner Bros. Exec
An Eddie Van Halen Peavy Wolfgang model guitar, inscribed and signed to longtime Warner Bros. Records executive Carl Scott. Scott was Van Halen's product manager from the beginning of their recording career, and in 1996, Eddie Van Halen inscribed this guitar in gold paint pen "Carl, A little something for the Past, Present & Future. Thank You, Eddie Van Hallen, V.H. '96." The never-used guitar was framed in a large plexiglass box with an engraved metal plate reading "Presented to Carl Scott With Thanks" with the Van Halen logo below, and gifted to Scott. We know of no other Van Halen guitar presented this way, nor with such a personal inscription by Eddie. The guitar (which retails today for $3000.) is secured to the backing by wires at the back of the body and neck, and should be removable with no damage to it. The plexi frame is expensively constructed and heavy, with a few scuffs but in overall excellent condition. The frame measures 40 3/4" x 18 3/4" x 5 1/4". As with everything we offer, this is guaranteed authentic in writing, with no time limit. Note: This will be shipped at the actual cost; the shipping costs here are estimates (as this is large and fragile, it will be expensive to ship.)
