A copy of “The Beatles: The Authorized Biography” by Hunter Davies, boldly signed in blue ink by George Harrison. British author Davies was the Beatles only authorized biographer, and was granted extraordinary access to the band, visiting the recording sessions for “Sgt Peppers” and several Lennon-McCartney songwriting sessions. The book was released to acclaim in 1968, while the Beatles were still together. This copy is the 1974 UK edition, and has been beautifully autographed on the flyleaf by Harrison. This copy is undedicated–the most desirable way to have it. In overall excellent condition, with the original dust jacket (slight edgewear and one chip to the jacket only.)
