Bert Jansch – Signed 1966 Contract

1966 contract for a Marquee Club show, signed by Bert Jansch. Acoustic guitar legend Bert Jansch played London's famed Marquee Club in December 1966, very early in his career. He was to be paid 60% of the gross, but had to book and pay for two opening acts from his fee. Concert contracts are usually signed by an artist's agent or manager, but on this rare on Jansch has signed himself, boldly in blue pen. Measures 11.75" x 8.25". A small piece of the top right corner is missing, and there are a tiny set of staple holes in the same area, but otherwise this is in excellent condition.
