An extremely scarce promotional poster issued by Ardent Records in 1973 to promote the legendary Big Star. This was the only promo poster made to promote the band during their lifetime, and it is pictured (on a full page) in the book in the wonderful new Big Star box set, "Keep An Eye On The Sky" issued by Rhino Records.) The poster measures 22 1/2" x 17 1/2" and is in near mint condition. This is the only one of these we've ever seen in person. For some months, an Ebay seller has been offering one of these for the ridiculous price of $10,000. Ours is $9500 less, but just as rare !
