This legendary Dylan publication ran from 1981 through 1997; chronicling Dylan’s history and analyzing all aspects of his recordings, films, writings, and concerts. Through extensive first hand research, and interviews with virtually everyone in Dylan’s circle, publisher John Baudie and his crew of experts created in The Telegraph the most exhaustive source of Dylan information anywhere. This set includes every single issue of this encyclopedic Dylan resource, in excellent to mint condition (the first issue had a detached cover which has been invisibly reattached.)  A full set is near impossible to compile.  And as a bonus, included are 17 issues of another rare and collectible UK Dylan zine from the 1980’s, The Rolling Telegraph Supplement, all in excellent condition.
