Bob Dylan – Original 1966 Manchester Free Trade Hall Photograph

A rare original photograph of Bob Dylan and The Band on stage at the Manchester Free Trade Hall, on May 17, 1966. The only photographs ever to surface from this legendary show (legendarily bootlegged mistakenly as being Royal Albert Hall) were taken by 16 year old Mark Makin (read more about this here: http://www.bbc.com/news/entertainment-arts-36211789).

This rare digital print was obtained from the archives of a stock photo agency, which licensed photographs to magazines and newspapers on behalf of photographers. On the back a copyright notice and Mark Makin’s name.

We had never seen a print of this photograph before obtaining this.  In mint condition.  8 1/4” x 11 3/4”.
