An original photograph by David Gahr of Bob Dylan and girlfriend/muse Suze Rotolo, at the pool at the Viking Motor Inn, during the 1963 Newport Folk Festival (the Viking is where Festival artists stayed.) This 8' x 10' print was made from the original negative in the mid-‘70's, for a British book on Dylan. In mint condition, this has legendary photographer Gahr's studio stamp on the reverse, with the notation 'with Susie (sic) 1963,' probably in Gahr's hand. A great image of Dylan and Rotolo, who was pictured on the "Freewheelin'" cover.
