An extremely rare alternate and unreleased album cover slick for the 1973 Polydor album by Cream "Heavy Cream." Measuring 38" x 25" this is in overall excellent condition with some edge dings, and a crease in the top left corner (completely away from the image, in the "trim" area.) This is the only one of these we've ever seen, and it's been in our collection for many years. Ultra rare !
