An insert from a Japanese Creedence Clearwater Revival album signed boldly on the front by John Fogerty, Stu Cook, Doug “Cosmo” Clifford and the late Tom Fogerty.  John Fogerty has signed “Thanks, Bless You! John Fogerty”, Tom Fogerty “Thank You!  Tom Fogerty” Clifford “Doug Clifford C.C.R.” and Stu Cook simply signs his name.

The insert is in Near Mint condition.  This has been authenticated by music autograph specialist Roger Epperson, and comes with his letter of authenticity, as well as Recordmecca’s written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.  A very scarce complete set of Creedence autographs.
