David Bowie – Unused Cleveland 1972 Full Concert Ticket, from Ziggy Stardust Tour
A remarkable unused ticket for David Bowie’s 25th US show, on November 26, 1972 at the Public Auditorium in Cleveland, Ohio. In excellent condition, this measures 3 7/8″ x 1 1/2″, and has two holes punched, marking it as a complementary ticket, and a long flattened horizontal crease through the middle. This was obtained from the collection of a former employee of Bowie’s management firm, MainMan; on the back is written ‘Cleveland USA 72 MM’.
Bowie had played his first US date in Cleveland, only two months earlier, on September 22, 1972. His show was so successful he returned to Cleveland after just two months to play two nights at the Public Auditorium. Ultra rare.
