Frank Zappa & Mothers of Invention – Band Signed 200 Motels LP & Memorabilia

An autographed copy of the soundtrack album for Frank Zappa's film "200 Motels" signed inside the gatefold by Zappa and band members Jimmy Carl Black, Mark Volman, George Duke, and 3 others (one possibly Ruth Underwood.) This album was signed for the film's assistant director, David Alexander. Also included are two call sheets for the film rehearsals, a 7 page "Shooting Schedule" for the film (all 8" x 13",) and a 9 1/2" x 6 3/4" photograph taken on the film's set; all from Alexander's collection. The U.S. album sleeve is in VG(+) with a clipped corner, some rubbing and easily repaired seam splits (we can do this if you wish.) The signed gatefold is in beautiful condition; the left panel is signed by Duke (top), Zappa (middle, signature measuring 7" across,) and an unidentified person over Howard Kalen's face. The right panel is signed by Black (top,) Volman (right,) and two others (possibly Ruth Underwood at bottom.) Both of the original LP's are included; in VG+ condition. A scarce title, signed for someone who worked on the film, with great additional memorabilia. With Recordmecca's written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
