Frank Zappa – Mothers of Invention – Signed 1969 Canadian Work Permit
A signed and stamped work permit for Frank Zappa, allowing him to enter Canada to play a concert at Ontario’s Wonderland Gardens on August 13, 1969. This photocopied document includes Zappa’s legal, name, address, birth date, social security number and many other details. It is signed “F.Zappa” (an unusually complete signature for him) and stamped by Immigration Canada August 12, 1969 at the London, Ontairo airport (the signature, entry dates and stamp are all original, with the writing in ballpoint pen, and the stamp in black ink.)
