A stunning limited-edition lithographic print of Barry Feinstein’s iconic photograph of George Harrison, used on the cover of his album All Things Must Pass. The photograph was taken at Harrison’s English estate, Friar Park, and commentators have speculated that the four garden gnomes represent The Beatles.
This 14″ x 17″ traditional plate printed lithograph was a collaboration between Feinstein and The Waverly Press of New York; it’s printed on 14 point acid free cover stock paper in a limited edition of 20, each hand signed and numbered by Barry Feinstein. This example, in perfect new condition is number 10 of 20.
Barry Feinstein (1931-2011) was an American photographer who was reputed to have produced over 500 album covers. His many subjects included musicians such as Bob Dylan, Janis Joplin, George Harrison, and the Rolling Stones; Hollywood celebrities Marlene Dietrich, Judy Garland, Jayne Mansfield and Steve McQueen, and politicians including John F. Kennedy.
