Glen Campbell – Signed 1971 White House Performance Program
An exceptionally rare signed tri-fold program from Glen Campbell’s May 7, 1971 performance at the White House, as part of the Nixon administration’s A Salute to Agriculture.
Campbell and his band played in the White House’s East Room, performing nine songs including his hits ‘Gentle On My Mind,’ ‘By the Time I Get to Phoenix,’ ‘Galveston,’ ‘Wichita Lineman,’ as well as Bob Dylan’s ‘Blowin’ in the Wind.’ The program, printed on gray cardstock, is hand signed by Glen Campbell, his pianist/conductor Dennis McCarthy, drummer Bob Felts, and bassist Bill Graham.
In mint condition. Closed 4 1/4″ x 7″. Opened 12 1/2″ x 7″.
