A copy of Jerry Garcia’s 1974 album Garcia (aka Complements), signed on the back cover by the Grateful Dead guitar legend.  This album was signed for a woman who ran the Dead’s San Rafael office.

Garcia titled both his 1971 debut album and this, his 1974 second solo album, Garcia.  The second album soon became known as Compliments, from a “Compliments of” sticker put on promotional copies.  This is a promotional copy, denoted by the cut upper right corner.  Garcia has signed on the back cover, in red pen above his image.  While the album cover background is a similar color to the pen, the autograph is fully legible.
