A copy of the ultra rare 1968 UK Track album "Electric Jimi Hendrix." This single-disc album was available by mail order only from the UK Polydor record club, for a very short time. Hendrix evidently didn't like Track's decision to cut his masterpiece in half, and issue it with a new sleeve–so he had it withdrawn after only a few hundred copies had been sold. It has been written that this was offered before the two-disc version of Electric Ladyland was available at retail shops, but we don't know if this was the case. This is only the second copy we've had in 35+ years of looking; the cover is in EX(+) condition with some light creasing, and the disc is EX++, well played, but shiny. By far the rarest UK Hendrix album.
