Jimi Hendrix / The Who / Monterey Pop Festival Backstage Pass of Ralph J. Gleason

From the collection of the late Ralph J. Gleason, here is an all access ‘Staff” backstage pass from the 1967 Monterey Pop Festival

Monterey Pop was arguably the most important rock festival ever, and this pass, which granted the bearer access to ‘anywhere on grounds’ belonged to legendary San Francisco music critic and co-founder of Rolling Stone Magazine Ralph J. Gleason, a critical organizer of the Festival.  We acquired this directly from Gleason’s family, and it comes with Recordmecca’s lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
