Lester Young – Twice Signed 1940’s Tax Withholding Form

A 1940’s era “Employee’s Withholding Exemption Certificate” filled out and signed twice by jazz saxophone great Lester “Pres” Young.  Additionally Young has written his address, social security number in pencil.   Young died in 1959 and his signature is rare and sought after.
