Containing the complete libretto to Reed's theatrical production (and CD) of the same name, this clothbound/slipcased edition of 250 is numbered and boldly signed in black marker by Reed. The book also features four photographs by the noted artist/director Julian Schnabel. This copy has never been opened, and is in perfect, mint condition.
