An extremely rare invitation to see UK band A Certain Ratio and opening act MADONNA at New York club Danceteria (where Madonna  worked part time as a hat check girl) in December, 1982.  At that point, Madonna had only released one single, her debut “Everybody,” with her debut album still six months off.   This must be one of–if not THE–earliest Madonna concert artifacts ever.   Madonna appeared at midnight and A Certain Ratio at 1:00 AM.  That was typical for New York clubs at the time–even on a Thursday night.  For invitees bearing this invitation there was also a buffet (at 10PM.)  In mint condition,  with our lifetime guarantee of authenticity.   5 1/2″ x 4 1/4″.
