Marc Bolan – Signed and Inscribed Drawing
A drawing by T. Rex frontman Marc Bolan, given to his longtime friend and album cover artist, George Underwood. Bolan's abstracted drawing of a face is titled by him "Man With Ear & Eye Bestiched," and inscribed "To George (long lost friend,)" and signed "–M." Bolan has written along the right edge "Breathe Deep, Don't Weep." Drawn on a diary page, Bolan has changed the March 1974 date to 1975, and written above it "wrong year rite man." We obtained this directly from George Underwood, who created the artwork for Tyrannosaurus Rex's debut album "My People Were Fair" and T.Rex's "Futuristic Dragon." 5 3/4" x 8 1/4." A unique Marc Bolan collectible. As with everything we offer, guaranteed authentic with no time limit.
