A superb mono first pressing of Miles Davis’s 1957 classic ‘Round About Midnight, on Columbia Records, with the earliest 6-Eye Labels. Miles’ quintet on this album features John Coltrane, Red Garland, Paul Chambers and Philly Joe Jones

The Mint to Near Mint deep groove disc shows no sign of wear, without even a single spindle mark on either label.  1-K and 1-F stampers.  The thick cardboard cover grades VG++; there is a barely noticeable small tear to the left edge of the front cover slick that has been carefully touched up (see photos).  A beautiful copy of an extraordinary album.
