Miles Davis – 1960 Stereo 1st Pressing ‘Sketches of Spain’ LP / Mint, 6-Eye Labels

A superb stereo first pressing of Miles Davis’s 1960 classic Sketches of Spain, on Columbia Records, with the earliest 6-Eye Labels.

The Mint to Near Mint disc shows no sign of having been played, without even a single spindle mark on either label.  1-AG and 1-AC stampers.  The thick cardboard cover grades VG++, with a very clean front, and on the back minor ageing at the top, a rubber stamp and code written in ink in the bottom right corner.  A beautiful copy of an extraordinary album.
