Miles Davis – 1961 Carnegie Hall Handbill

A handbill for a 1961 Carnegie Hall concert by Miles Davis with a 21 piece orchestra conducted by Gil Evans. This was the concert where the album "Miles Davis At Carnegie Hall" was recorded. Great artwork by Joe Eula depicts Miles playing trumpet suspended by the tusks of an elephant. This must have been one amazing concert. Beautifully framed, the handbill measures 5 3/4" x 8 3/4", and is framed to 13" x 16." (as this was photographed through glass, the images are less clear than in person.)
