Muddy Waters & Pinetop Perkins – Autographed “Down at Stovall’s Plantation” LP
A beautiful copy of “Down on Stovall’s Plantation” by Muddy Waters, signed boldly on the cover by Muddy Waters and legendary blues pianist Pinetop Perkins, who played in Waters’ band. This album collects Muddy’s first recordings from 1941 and 1942, made by legendary folklorist Alan Lomax for the Library of Congress.
Waters has signed boldly in black ballpoint, while Perkins used a lighter pen, but both signatures are clear and legible, and both cover and disc are in Near Mint condition. With Recordmecca’s written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
