An extremely scarce white label promotional copy of Muddy Waters’ 1960 classic album At Newport, on Chess Records.  Very rarely do Chess promotional albums surface, and this one is in beautiful condition.  The disc is barely played, and grades NM-/EX+.  There is a small mark on side one that makes eight light ticks, but otherwise this sounds great.  The cover is EX with some light flaking to the top and bottom spines and an invisibly repaired 2″ seam top right.  An essential blues album.
