A very rare promotional-only three track, one-sided picture sleeve EP issued by Reprise in the UK to promote Neil Young’s 1973 album Time Fades Away.  This 45 RPM disc contains unique edits of “Don’t Be Denied”, “Love In Mind” and “Last Dance”, each 1:30 or shorter.  All three tracks are on the A-Side, with empty grooves and a black label on the B-Side.  There is a flipback picture sleeve, with details for the album’s marketing plan.

Both disc and sleeve are in EX+ condition.  The only example we’ve seen.
