A first pressing of Nirvana’s 1992 album Incesticide signed by Kurt Cobain for a fan.  The letter of authenticity, from a friend of Kurt Cobain well known to us reads in part “I was a friend of Kurt Cobain and my sister Lina was a Nirvana fan, so I asked  Kurt if would sign an album for her, and he was happy to.”
