Two pages of Phil Collins’ handwritten lyrics to his hit song “Do You Remember”, written out by Phil for the album cover of his album But Seriously. These exact handwritten lyrics are reproduced on the inner sleeve to the worldwide #1 album, illustrated here. “Do You Remember” hit #1 hit in the Billboard Adult Contemporary charts and #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 Airplay chart.

For the album cover Collins wrote out lyrics to all the songs, the liner notes and even his name and the album title in a 9 1/4” x 11 1/2” notepad. These two pages from that pad contain the complete lyrics to “Do You Remember” that appear on the cover.  In the pad Collins also wrote his name and the album title a number of times; included is an alternate version, as well as a contact print photograph made from the original album cover negative, and an original vinyl copy of the LP.
