Pink Floyd – Authentic 1970 BBC Transcription Disc Live LP
An extremely rare Mint Condition ORIGINAL BBC Transcription Disc of the great Pink Floyd live during 1970 and 1971. This is not the common bootleg disc (with black and white labels) but the true original, ultra high quality pressing with green & white labels. These were made in extremely limited numbers–perhaps 50 only–and sent to UK radio stations, which played them once, and then returned them to the BBC. Consequently they are extremely rare and sought after. This is in stunning condition, and we'd guess it has been played once at most. Extremely rare (and great !) it comes with the original generic sleeve, and unfortunately no longer has the "cue sheet"–but the songs featured are Embryo, Green Is The Colour, Careful With That Axe Eugene, One of These Days and Echoes. It is nearly an hour long, and in stunning condition. All tracks were recorded live at the BBC Paris Cinema, in London–The first 3 tracks in 1970, and the last two in 1971. An rare opportunity to obtain a super rare Floyd disc.
