Red Hot Chili Peppers – Hohner Melodica Piano Given By John Frusciante to Anthony Kiedis, With COA
A Hohner Melodica Piano 32 musical instrument, given by Red Hot Chili Peppers guitarist John Frusciante to the band’s singer, Anthony Kiedis.
As the accompanying letter of authenticity from former Chili Peppers road manager notes, “This letter is to authenticate a Hohner Melodica Piano 32 given by John Frusciante to Anthony Kiedis. I’m not sure Anthony ever used this, but my son, Cash was visiting the studio and Anthony saw him playing with it and gave it to him. I don’t think Cash much used it after that day either. I worked with the Red Hot Chili Peppers from 1986-2004 in various capacities, eventually serving as their road manager. This is from my personal collection. (signed) Louie Mathieu”.
A rare instrument owned by two Chili Peppers, with perfect provenance.
