An extraordinary snapshot of Mick Jagger, taken May 9, 1965, before the Rolling Stones concert at Chicago’s Arie Crown Theatre; and a page from an autograph book signed at the same time.  We acquired these from a fan who met the Stones before the show.  She was a member of Ed Pazdur’s Teen Club, an offshoot of promoter Ed Pazdur’s pop music television show on WMAQ-TV.  As detailed in the article reproduced here, only 650 lucky fans were able to join the club, and membership allowed them to meet the stars before their concerts.

The original one-of-a-kind snapshot measures 3 1/2″ square, and has both the May 65 date on the border, and the fan’s notes on the back.  The autograph page measures 4″ x 4 1/4″.  There is a bit of tape residue on the back of the signed page, but otherwise both are in excellent condition.  With Recordmecca’s lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
