Rolling Stones – Original '65 Photograph by Gloria Stavers from 16 Magazine

A 1965 vintage photograph of the Rolling Stones by 16 MAGAZINE editor Gloria Stavers. Stavers was a friend of the Stones and Beatles, and was one of the first–if not THE first–US journalists to write about both bands. As editor and taste-maker for the legendary 16, she often photographed the bands she covered. This beautiful 8" x 10" orginal vintage print captures the Stones filming a television show; and comes from Stavers' estate. It was originally published in 16, and has crop marks and Stavers copyright stamps on the reverse. We can remove the grease pencil crop mark on the bottom front border if you prefer. In near mint condition. (Note: this photo was taken at the same TV Show filming as the photo on the US Stones "It's All Over Now" picture sleeve.)
