Rolling Stones – UK Stereo 1st Press “Aftermath” LP
A clean EX/EX+ to EX UK stereo first pressing of the Rolling Stones 1966 album Aftermath, on Decca (with the earliest open logo label.) Aftermath was the Stones at their best; the first album with only original songs and no covers, including the classics “Mother’s Little Helper”, “Lady Jane”, “Under My Thumb”, and “Out of Time”.
The disc is clean and plays overall very well (stampers -1W and -2W); the cover too is very nice with some very minor lamination lift to the left edge, and a bit of aging to the back. A great player copy of an essential 60’s lp.
