A US Warner Bros. pressing of the Sex Pistols album Never Mind The Bollocks, boldly signed on the front cover by Johnny Rotten [John Lydon], Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock, with a large color photograph of Johnny Rotten signing this exact album.

Lydon signed the album boldly in dark blue sharpie “Johnny Rotten was not himself” with the “W” in “was” made to look like a cartoon pair of female breasts.  Matlock signs in black sharpie, and Cook and Jones in dark blue sharpie.  According to an accompanying document, the signatures were obtained in Los Angeles in 2012, 2014 and 2016.
