Sex Pistols – Original Photograph With Bromley Contingent
An original vintage photograph by Richard Young of the Sex Pistols and their friends, the “Bromley Contingent.”. We obtained this original 8″ x 10″ photo from Sex Pistols biographer and associate Jon Savage, who writes in his letter of authenticity “This photograph was taken by Richard Young in the autumn of 1976. It shows the Sex Pistols surrounded by their colleagues sand friends from the Bromley Contingent. Clockwise from top left: Nils Stevenson, Road Manager; Steve Jones; Steve Severin: Siouxsie and the Banshees; Siouxsie Sue; Paul Cook; Glen Matlock; Johnny Rotten; Debbi Juvenile; Helen Wallington-Lloyd.” Savage has signed the note, “Jon Savage (author “England’s Dreaming”.) Savage’s books about the Sex Pistols include “England’s Dreaming: Anarchy, Sex Pistols, Punk Rock and Beyond” and “The England’s Dreaming Tapes.” In excellent condition, with Savage’s initials on the back and London Features International copyright stamp. Rare, with impeccable provenance.
