A very rare circa 1980 UK EMI test pressing of The Beatles classic Rubber Soul album.  The matrix numbers YEX 178-6 3/52 and YEX 179-5 (unreadable)/21 date this to the seventh UK pressing, which had black Parlophone labels with two EMI boxes.

This is the first Beatles EMI UK test pressing we’ve seen, and it’s in beautiful Near Mint condition, as is the cover.  An extremely rare Beatles collectible for a fraction of the price of a 60’s test pressing.
