An original 1962 vintage print of the Beatles with new drummer Ringo Starr, performing at Liverpool's famed Cavern Club. The photograph is by Peter Kaye, the first professional photographer to shoot The Beatles (he was hired by Beatles manager Brian Epstein.) This print was purchased from Kaye by Gloria Stavers, editor of "16 Magazine," where it was first published circa 1965. This vintage print is in excellent condition, and measures 6 1/2" x 8 1/2". It has Peter Kaye's studio stamp and the notation "At The Cavern 1962" on the reverse, along with publication notes and Stavers' copyright stamp.
