The Doors – 1969 UK Elektra Promo Poster “Touch Me–American’s No. 1 !”
A very rare UK Elektra Records promo poster issued in 1969 to promote the UK release of the single “TOUCH ME.” It proclaims “America’s No. 1 ! Touch Me” and gives the Elektra UK catalog number. Measuring 7 3/4″ x 23 1/2″, in overall near excellent condition, with three horizontal mailing machine folds, and clear tape residue in the four corners. The only example of this rare poster we’ve seen.
