The Doors – Full Band Signed 1968 Concert Program / With Roger Epperson COA
A concert program sold at The Doors 1968 US tour dates, hand signed by the full band: Jim Morrison, Ray Manzarek, Robby Kreiger and John Densmore.
Jim Morrison signs in blue ballpoint pen on the inside back cover, alongside his untitled poem (which evolved into ‘The WASP (Texas Radio and the Big Beat)’ on the band’s 1971 album L.A. Woman.) Ray Manzarek, John Densmore and Robby Kreiger all sign their first names, as is often the case, in red ballpoint pen on individual pages with their photographs. As no signed page has a signature on the back, the signed pages can be removed and framed together should the buyer wish.
The program measures 8 3/4″ x 11 1/2″, and is in very good condition. The cover has some creasing and folds, and the interior pages have been archivally reattached.
This has been authenticated by music autograph expert Roger Epperson and includes his Certificate of Authenticity, as well as Recordmecca’s written lifetime guarantee.
The only signed Doors concert program we have seen.
