A superb 11″ x 14″ photograph of Jim Morrison and John Densmore of The Doors, shot in New York City in 1967 by Joel Brodsky.  Brodsky photographed The Doors for nine of their different record covers and is the photographer most closely associated with the group.

This beautiful print came from the estate of the world’s foremost collector of Doors memorabilia and photographs, and is clearly an original print made from the actual negative. There is no credit on the back, only the inventory number written in pen.

We have seen other images from this shoot, but have not been able to find this exact image elsewhere; it may very well be unpublished. In near mint condition.   (We know the original owner had this at least 15 years ago, but don’t know when this print was made).
