A factory sealed 1960s pressing of Jimi Hendrix’s second album, Axis Bold as Love, on Reprise Records.

It’s impossible to determine if this copy has the first (three color) or second (two color) labels without opening it, but it’s definitely a 60s pressing, with the heavyweight disc and thicker cardboard gatefold cover.  Despite claims to the contrary,  the only way to determine the label variation of a sealed vintage copy of Are. You Experienced or Axis is to open it.  For obvious reasons, we’re leaving that decision to the buyer.

In beautiful near mint condition. The factory shrink wrap (with breathe holes) is fully intact save for the corner tips; the corners are all square, but there is minor rubbing to the corners, and above the bottom left corner a bit of very minor rubbing to the spine.
