The Ramones – First Ever UK Handbill

An extremely scarce double handbill advertising the Ramones first-ever UK concert, on July 4, 1976 (the American Bicentennial !) at the Roundhouse in London. The Ramones opened for the Flamin' Groovies, with the Stranglers on the bill. This is the legendary show attended by members of the Sex Pistols, Clash and Damned. Also advertised is a show by Kevin Ayers at the Victoria Palace Theatre. Measures 6 1/2" x 9 3/4", and in mint condition. From the collection of Danny Fields, the Ramones first manager. We sold a second copy to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & Museum in Cleveland, Ohio.
