The Velvet Underground – 1st Press ‘White Light/White Heat’ LP / Warhol Credit, Deep Groove

A scarce West Coast first pressing of the Velvet Underground’s second album, White Light/White Heat, on Verve Records.

This has all the hallmarks of the earliest West Coast pressing–the visible skull tattoo on the front cover, track listing mis-titles ‘Here She Comes Now’ as ‘There She Comes Now,’ back cover credits Lou Reed for ‘lead guitar’ instead of ‘guitar,’ Andy Warhol credited for cover concept, Three Prong Music publishing credits on all tracks, and deep groove labels on both sides.

The cover grades VG++ and the disc EX.  A clean copy of a sought after Velvets album.  With the original Verve innersleeve.
