From the archive of the late great Velvet Underground guitarist Sterling Morrison, here is Morrison’s own book of European Tour press clippings from the Velvets 1993 European reunion tour. The band never made it to the US, but while in Europe they received an enormous amount of press coverage. The UK coverage is compiled here by the band’s British press representatives, Scott Riseman Lipsey Meade. This spiral bound 12″ x 16″ book of xeroxed press clipings ( approximately 130 pages long) was given to Morrison after the tour; we acquired it from his widow, Martha Morrison, and our letter of authenticity will note that.
