A program for a 1964 Amsterdam concert by the the Thelonious Monk Quartet, signed by Monk, Charlie Rouse, Butch Warren and Ben Riley.

The program is 4 pages, 8 ½” x 11”, with a Monk photo, notes for upcoming shows, and full page advertisements for albums by Monk albums on Riverside and CBS Records. In very good condition, with handling, and a tiny edge tear. With two 3 ½” square original photographs of Monk and drummer Ben Riley from the concert. This was signed for a Dutch fan, from whom we obtained it. With a Dutch newspaper review of the concert; and Recordmecca’s written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.
