Tim Buckley – Signed 1969 Personal Check, Also Signed By Manager Herb Cohen

An authentic, signed check for an advance paid to legendary singer-songwriter Tim Buckley, dated August 8, 1969–three months before the release of his groundbreaking Blue Afternoon album.

The check is made out to Buckley and endorsed by him in blue ballpoint pen on the back.  It is drawn on his personal account shared with his accountant, Neil Reshen, and signed by his (and Frank Zappa’s) legendary manager and Bizarre Records head Herb Cohen.  In the note box top left is written “Tim Buckley advance”.

A beautiful autograph on a cancelled check, the ultimate proof of authenticity, co-signed by his manager and record company head, from a classic era in his career.  With Recordmecca’s lifetime written guarantee of authenticity.
