A cardboard boxing-style concert poster advertising April 1981 concerts by Tina Turner at the Country Club in Reseda, a suburb of Los Angeles.

At the time of these shows, Tina’s dramatic resurgence was still a few years off–but she could still draw enough to headline this 1000 capacity club for two nights.  Soon, however, she’d be headlining arenas and even stadiums.
