A vintage live photograph of Velvet Underground guitarist Sterling Morrison, taken circa 1969 during a Velvets live performance, by an unknown photographer.  This was part of Velvet’s guitarist legendary archive of Velvet Underground memorabilia.

This vintage photograph was printed near the time it was taken, and captures Morrisonj likely playing a solo, with Lou Reed’s back to the left.   Morrison has stamped his ‘Sterling Morrison Archive’ stamp on the back, and hand numbered this ’34’.

We acquired this directly from Sterling Morrison’s widow, Martha Morrison, and it comes with her letter of authenticity.  With Recordmecca’s written lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

In excellent condition, with what looks like old dry mounting adhesive on the back.   9″ x 7″
