An extremely rare 1960’s vintage 11″ x 14″ photograph of the Velvet Underground, circa 1969. This photograph came from the original MGM/Verve Records Velvet Underground art file.

Recordmecca’s Jeff Gold purchased the Velvets’ art file in the mid 1970’s from a former MGM employee, who had rescued it from a trash bin. This was printed circa 1969, measures 11″ x 14”, and is in excellent condition.  There is no photographer’s credit, nor anything written on the back of the print.
